Nebojša Bogdanović

Nebojša is an experienced lawyer with over 15 years of professional expertise in representing clients before the courts and other state authorities in litigation, administrative and commercial offence proceedings. His particular strengths are in civil and commercial litigation, debt recovery and intellectual property infringement cases. He appears at all instances, from first-instance proceedings through to appellate and extraordinary legal remedies, and advises clients on dispute strategy and enforcement prospects before proceedings are commenced.

In contentious matters he acts for both claimants and respondents, covering contractual and damages claims, and he regularly conducts debt recovery through enforcement proceedings before public bailiffs, including the securing and realisation of claims. In intellectual property disputes he acts against infringement of trademarks and other rights, coordinating civil proceedings with proceedings before the competent administrative and inspection authorities where appropriate.

Nebojša is well equipped to advise in public procurement procedures throughout the entire tendering process, from the review of tender documentation and the preparation of bids through to the protection of bidders' rights, including requests for the protection of rights before the competent authority. He also assists clients in the registration and protection of intellectual property rights, including the filing and prosecution of trademark applications and the maintenance and enforcement of registered rights.
