Branislav is an experienced corporate, commercial and real estate lawyer with over 20 years of professional service. He advises both local and international clients on transactions, corporate structuring and day-to-day commercial matters across a broad range of industries.

Branislav has participated in a large number of legal due diligence procedures covering companies operating in different sectors, on both the buy side and the sell side. His due diligence work typically extends across corporate, contractual, employment and real estate matters, and he regularly advises clients on how the findings affect transaction structure, risk allocation and the terms of the transaction documentation.

He is well equipped to support clients in setting up their business operations in the Republic of Serbia, from the choice of the most suitable legal form and the incorporation of companies, branches and representative offices, through to governance arrangements and ongoing corporate support. He also advises on merger control, including the assessment of notification requirements and the preparation and submission of merger clearance requests to the Commission for Protection of Competition.
