Mia Šiškin

Mia is an attorney-at-law at BIT law office, focusing her practice on construction and real estate, commercial law, projects and energy, and dispute resolution

She joined the office upon graduating from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade in 2022, where she obtained her LL.B., and is currently pursuing her LL.M in International Business Law. She passed the Bar exam in January 2026.

As a member of the office's construction and real estate and dispute resolution teams, Mia supports clients across the various phases of construction and real estate projects, assisting with contractual documentation, legal research and day-to-day project matters, and advises companies on a range of commercial issues. In the field of projects and energy, she contributes to the structuring and implementation of infrastructure and energy projects. In dispute resolution, she assists in the preparation of legal strategies, claims and procedural documentation in litigation and arbitration proceedings.

During her studies, she was awarded the Scholarship issued by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development for merits as student. She was regularly awarded by the Faculty of Law in Belgrade as one of its best students. Mia is fluent in English and has limited working proficiency in Italian and French.
