Miloš is a lawyer at BIT law office. He joined the office after graduating from Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade in 2018. After passing bar exam, he joined Belgrade Bar as a lawyer.
Criminal law is the main focus of Miloš's practice. He represents clients facing both criminal and misdemeanor charges, with particular emphasis on corporate crime and internal investigations. Miloš also represents clients in a range of corporate and commercial disputes before the courts and other state authorities, and provides day-to-day corporate advisory to companies, helping them with matters of governance, compliance, and the regulatory aspects of their business.
As a member of office teams advising clients in complex legal matters mainly in areas of Commercial, Real Estate and Dispute Resolution, Miloš provides valuable assistance through legal research and drafting of basic legal documents. Miloš advises and drafts in both Serbian and English. .
