Jugoslav is a reputable criminal defense attorney with more than 20 years of experience in dealing with high-profile criminal cases, in particular in front of the Special Court for Organized Crime, where he represented both individuals and legal entities. As a criminal defense attorney, he possesses wide experience in dealing with the criminal law cases and outstanding ability to develop strong argument strategy for the court.
Apart from cutting edge representation skills, his expertise is assisting corporate clients in identifying and addressing risks before they develop and escalate through due diligence reviews, as well as the implementation of compliance policies and internal investigations.
As a member of the Ministry of Justice's Work Group, Jugoslav took part in the drafting of the National Strategy Reform of Justice System 2014-2018, as well as in drafting the amendments to the Criminal Procedure Law. He is fluent in English.
