Djordje is a corporate and commercial lawyer with more than twenty years of experience advising clients in Serbia and across the wider region. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and governance, market entry, employment, regulatory matters and large-scale projects.
He advises international clients, foreign investors, regional businesses and entrepreneurs on complex transactions, investment structures and the establishment and development of their operations. His work frequently involves the combined handling of corporate, employment and regulatory issues, particularly in cross-border transactions and business-critical mandates.
