BIT Law Office participated as a sponsor of the Future Trends In The Construction Industry Conference 2025, organized by the Association of Consulting Engineers of Serbia (ACES), held on 30 and 31 October 2025.
The conference brought together leading professionals from the construction, engineering and legal sectors, focusing on current issues in project delivery, dispute resolution and contract management in accordance with FIDIC standards.
Katarina Obradovic Baklaja, Partner and member of the ACES managing board, moderated Session 4: “ADR: Dispute Avoidance/Adjudication Boards (DAAB) with a focus on dispute avoidance”, which addressed the role of DAAB mechanisms in early dispute prevention and efficient resolution in construction projects.
The panel featured distinguished international and regional experts, providing a comprehensive overview of practical experiences and developments in dispute avoidance and adjudication practice.
