BIT Law Office participated in the ICC Belgrade Infrastructure and Dispute Resolution Conference, held on 22 January 2026 in Belgrade and organized by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
Katarina Obradovic Baklaja, Partner, took part as a panelist in Panel II, “Effective Construction Contracts Management and Handling Variations”, which addressed practical aspects of construction contract management, risk allocation and the handling of variations in complex infrastructure projects.
The discussion covered both legal and technical perspectives, bringing together leading professionals in construction law, engineering and expert advisory, and provided a platform for exchange of current practices in infrastructure projects and dispute resolution.
