BIT Law Office participated in the South Eastern Europe Arbitration Conference (SEEA 2025), held on 28 November 2025 in Athens as part of the Athens Arbitration Days.
The conference brought together leading practitioners, academics and representatives of arbitration institutions from across the region and beyond, reaffirming its role as a key platform for dialogue and knowledge exchange in international arbitration.
This year’s theme, “Navigating Arbitration Frontiers in SEE: AI, Energy, Investment & Technology Disputes”, focused on current challenges in arbitration, including energy disputes, the impact of technology and AI, and developments in investment arbitration.
